The Dighton-Rehoboth Soccer Club would greatly appreciate receiving feedback from both the players and the parents to assist in the evaluation of the overall performance of our coaching staff. The evaluations will help us in developing training programs, providing professional advancement opportunities for our coaches and to make appointments for next season.

Please take a few moments of time to complete this evaluation and email your responses back to our club's webmaster.
